Returns & Exchanges

At TapRoots, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original shipping mailer or a sturdy box, ensuring all original packaging and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
